For those of you who prefer grey turkeys, here at Smoky Mountain Turkeys, we have chosen to breed Recessive Lilacs.  These beautiful heritage birds, because of their genetic makeup, breed 100% true.  Their plumage is a solid lilac color with white wing tips and white-tipped tail feathers.  These birds are regal in appearance and possess a calm temperament.  They are a medium-sized bird with mature toms weighing approximately 24lbs.
